The 50P11 Manu Immobil Long hand support is optimally suited for post-operative and post-traumatic immobilization as well as for functional therapy. The wrist support ensures fixation and immobilization of the hand, wrist and finger joints thus preventing unhealthful movements of the joints and relieves pain.
The open construction in dorsal area supports the body’s own temperature regulation since the skin is only covered on the spots required for the stabilization. Moreover, its open constructions makes the hand support especially suitable for the post-operative fitting. The support can be individually adapted in the area of the wrist and finger joints thanks to integrated steel joint bar.
Use of the special SpaceTex® 3-D spacer fabric offers high wearing comfort. SpaceTex® is breathable and provides excellent padding. In addition, the material has high compression recovery properties. The support is also notable for its low weight and good hygienic properties since the padding and straps can be washed with water and neutral soap. The Manu Immobil Long fits both right and left sides.
