Technical and Professional Services Orthobionic
Position:
- Consultancy for patients
- Customer Seminars
- Technical Customer Service
- Accreditation issues for seminars
- Presentation on professional congresses
- Advising and Supporting of Marketing and Customer Service
- Internal Technical Training for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.
- Relationship Management with Hospitals, Therapists, Doctors, Universities, etc.
- Cooperation with Global Professional Education in Duderstadt
- Professional check-up of translated materials
- Evaluation and Follow up of Guarantee Issues and other complaints, returns and repairs
- Patient Care activities
Reporting Relationship:
- Sales Manager Orthobionic & Technical Director
Profile:
- Orthopedic Technician with at least 3-5 years of professional experience
- HealthCare and Medical rehabilitation Background would be a plus;
- Basic economical understanding
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills;
- Ability and willingness to learn permanently
- Capability to work in networks;
- Capability to adapt to different target groups (Buyers, Technicians, doctors/ therapists);
- Knowledge about mankind;
- Empathy and Reliability;
- Be a team player;
- Loyalty and Honesty; Personal integrity;
- Familiar to work with state of the art communication systems
- Drivers license and willingness to travel
