Our polycentric 3R66 Modular Knee Joint made of aluminum incorporates a rotation unit that allows rotation of the prosthetic foot up to 90° and automatic repositioning. With the large flexion angle of approximately 165°, children can expand their activities and kneel or crouch more comfortably.

The adjustable extension stop customizes the knee’s security to the requirements of young users. In swing phase, the adjustable extension helps improve the gait cycle. The 3R66 is suitable for weights up to 35 kilograms / 77 lbs.
