The Avantgarde Ti Ultra active wheelchair is below the former lower weight limit of the successful Avantgarde series by one kilogram and therefore invites you to the ultimate driving experience: Maneuverable, fast, and sporty –with no reduction of safety and stability.  It also looks great with its modern and beautifully formed design.

Solidly Welded Drive Wheels

Foldable and solidly welded – two attributes that appear to contradict each other. The Avantgarde Ti Ultra is anything but a normal active wheelchair and combines these two things into an extraordinary unit: Instead of the common drive wheel adapter, the position of the Infinity ultra light drive wheels is welded to the frame in a fixed position, exactly according to your personal wishes. Therefore the extremely light active wheelchair was designed only for experienced users whose seating position no longer changes.

If you are just starting out with our wheelchairs and are not yet familiar with the frame geometry, we recommend that you start with the Ti 8.9. You can first find your optimal position and then convert the Ti 8.9 to a full Ultra without a lot of effort using a conversion kit.

Multiple Combination Options

On the job or during leisure time – the Avantgarde Ti Ultra is the ideal combination in all situations. By changing the steering wheel position, you can adapt both the front seat height and the wheel camber to your requirements – depending on whether you prefer to travel in a sporty manner or more safely. The anatomically adaptable back with breathable cover increases the level of seating comfort. And of course the Ultra also has a height and angle-adjustable foot rest. You can select from two different front frame contours in order to achieve optimal leg support. The Ultra is also all Avantgarde in every other way: Thanks to the modular construction, you can assemble the individual components according to your wishes and use the broad range of options to design a unit that fits you and your lifestyle.
