Suspension Sleeves

Derma ProFlex is an anatomically shaped knee sleeve featuring a durable copolymer (TPE) inner liner with a knit outer shell. Its anatomical shape is the combined result of three different features:

• Pre-flexion of 15° allows for easier bending of the knee and reduced wrinkling around the knee fold
• Pre-shaped patella reduces pressure on the kneecap during the entire bending movement
• Tapered shape allows for comfortable distribution of pressure on the thigh and optimum adhesion to the prosthetic socket

These three factors interact to provide your patients with maximum functionality and comfort. The Derma ProFlex knee sleeve is ideal for use with vacuum-assisted systems like the Harmony® System and is the perfect choice for patients with low to high activity levels.

Derma Protection Knee Comfort is a transtibial suspension sleeve that provides optimal adherence to the socket and skin, while maximizing the knee‘s freedom of movement. The inside of the Derma Knee Comfort is coated with polymer gel.

The Vass Sleeve excels in terms of high elasticity when bending the knee. Suitable for use of underpressure systems.

The Harmony® knee cap is a urethane adhesion cover with a new and improved coating which is more resistant and softer for good wearing comfort under clothing. Its special non-adhering inside makes it easier to put on and take off. In combination with the Harmony® volume management system, the Harmony® knee cap provides an optimally sealed shaft environment. It is provided with a knee cap protection cuff to extend its service life and maintain its good sealing qualities.

The conically tapered form of the Harmony® knee cap is ideal for users of thigh prostheses and larger lower leg prostheses.
