Orthotic Academy Clinician

An exciting opportunity to be part of the Ottobock Academy Team has opened up and we are looking to recruit an Orthotic Academy Clinician. This role requires you to work flexibly within the field and provide clinically based product training and seminars on a reactive and proactive basis.

You will play a crucial role in the introduction of new market-leading products, participate in exhibitions and educate clinicians on the Ottobock range of products. In addition, there may be a requirement to provide occasional clinical cover with contracted Ottobock clinics in the greater London area.

As global market leaders, we are seeking well-respected and self-motivated individuals with extensive knowledge of the Orthotics market. You will be supporting clinicians with patient fittings and having the ability to teach and transfer complex technical knowledge is essential. Clinical experience with Ottobock Orthotic componentry is preferable; however extensive training will be delivered.

This position is subject to a DBS (formerly CRB) check and your employment will be dependent on receipt of satisfactory DBS clearance. Applicants should have an honours degree (or equivalent) in Orthotics and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. A full UK driving license is also a necessity.

Digital Marketing Executive

We are currently seeking a self-motivated, dedicated and innovative individual to join our Egham based Marketing Communications Team.

As Digital Marketing Executive you will support the Marketing Communications team in the creation and execution of outward facing digital marketing activities in order to carry out the marketing communications strategy effectively across both product and patient care divisions.

Duties include:

Creation and curation of content for use across social media platforms and in email marketing campaigns, social media advertising campaigns, Assist in the formulation of digital marketing strategies, provision of digital marketing support to support the events plan, driving and leading new initiatives, influencer marketing and tracking, email marketing campaigns, collaboration with digital agencies as required, maintain positive working relationships with the UK market management team; working with the Market Managers to implement local digital marketing campaigns in accordance with agreed objectives and in line with the overall marketing plan and provide administrative support to the MarComm team.

Skills/Experience required:

  • The successful applicant will be highly creative, enthusiastic and goal orientated, with the ability to focus on achieving important tasks whilst adapting to changing circumstances
  • Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in graphic design
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Be self-motivated
  • Have good communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Have a positive outlook and a can do attitude
  • Previous experience in a similar role

Marketing Specialist - Egham

We are currently seeking a proactive, self-motivated individual with significant marketing skill to join our Egham based Marketing Communications Team.

As Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging marketing campaigns to support and execute the annual marketing plans for Ottobock UK. This is a full time position on a 12 month maternity cover contract and based at Ottobock UK Headquarters in Egham, Surrey.

Duties include:
Ensuring consistency of messaging across various channels, conducting primary and secondary research, analysing and developing customer segments for each business unit, creation and project management of communications campaigns, idea generation, content marketing, brand development and co-ordination, production of marketing collateral across the various business outlets, campaign toolkit production, ambassador network development, creation of exciting and innovative advertising campaigns, management of video/photo shoots including creation of briefs, relationship development with key stakeholders, attending marketing meetings through the UK.
